On Saturday, February 4th, the Thorold Lions Club played host to several other clubs as we held a joint safe food handling refresher course. Our trainer from Niagara Region gave us a very comprehensive refresher of the various ways foods can become contaminated and how to avoid and/or deal with these problems.
